Shipping policy

 

All orders leave from the workshop, located in Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges. They will be processed as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends, holidays or outside business hours, will be processed the next business day.

Knitwear and accessories

Many of our items are made to order. In this case, allow up to 5 days for order preparation. In-stock items are usually shipped within two business days.

All packages destined for Canada are shipped by Purolator with a tracking number.

FREE - for orders of $100 or more (before taxes)

Rates for international shipping vary depending on the destination. It takes 1 to 2 weeks for international delivery, since delays vary according to customs clearance time.

We are not responsible for any additional charges. Customs laws and import duties vary from country to country, so we cannot estimate or confirm the amount of these duties. Yarns
Yarns are delivered in Canada only. Orders are delivered with a tracking number.
